Faculty Positions in the Institute of Undersea Technology

Faculty Opening: Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors.

Specialties: Underwater acoustics or underwater mechatronics.

 

Applicants must have a Ph.D. at the time of appointment in engineering, oceanography, or closely related discipline. We are particularly interested in an individual with passion and ambition to develop his/her research in the area of undersea technology. Related research on undersea technology includes, but not limited to, underwater vehicles, electromechanical system integration, acoustic transducer, deep-sea monitoring and sampling system, underwater positioning and navigation, acoustic source localization and tracking, underwater communication, propagation of sound, ambient noise, or seafloor geological remote sensing.
